论娱乐

It is impossible for us to keep fit unless we often take part in recreational activities。We cannot work well if we are not active。

如果我们不参加各种娱乐活动,要保持身体健康是不可能的。如果我们不保持积极的态度,我们肯定不能很好地学习.

There are various kinds of games in our daily life that we can do after study. Many people like working and working, because in their mind working is the most important thing. But we usually sit too long in our classroom, and our eyes and minds will get tired easily even when listening to music, watching TV or going to the cinema. So I think we should have more outdoor activities to let our muscles exercise. For example, it is a good idea to play basketball, football, table tennis, go swimming, do some running, or  even go for a picnic.

学习之余,我们可以参加各种各样的活动。许多人喜欢学习学习再学习、因为他们认为学习是最重要的事。但是这样的话,我们就会在教室里坐的时间过久,我们的眼睛和大脑都很容易疲劳,哪怕我们在听音乐、看电视或者看电影。因此,我认为我们应该多参加户外活动,以使我们的肌体得到锻炼。比如说,打篮球、踢足球、打乒乓球、游泳、跑步等都不失为好主意,甚至去野餐也可以.

Our brain also needs stimulation to keep it sharp and active. Please bear the old  saying in mind, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. "Only with recreation can  one have a wonderful life.

我们的大脑需要经常调剂才能保持灵敏、活跃。请牢牢记住那句古老的谚语:“只学  习不玩乐,聪明的孩子也变傻。”只有适度娱乐,一个人才能拥有精彩的生活.
