核能的优缺点

The March 2011 accident in the nuclear plants in Japan released much radiation but the amounts and effects are still being assessed. A heated debate is under way on the advantages and disadvantages of nuclear power among people。

日本核电站在2011年3月的事故中泄漏了大量的放射性物质,但是具体的量和影响还  在估算中,人们对核能的优点和缺点展开了激烈的讨论。

On one hand, nuclear energy is of great use to people. It does not involve burning  fossil fuels. In this respect, it is as clean as solar and wind power. On the other hand,  the problem of nuclear accident still can not be solved, The waste from nuclear energy is extremely dangerous. The accident will be harmful both to human beings and to nature。  

一方面,核能对人们非常有用,无需通过燃烧化石燃料而获得能源。在这方面,它像太阳能和风能一样干净。另一方面,核事故问题仍然无法解决,核能产生的废弃物极其危险,核事故对人类和大自然都是有危害的。

Nuclear power is an important source of power, but it is a dangerous technology.  For the pure will to survive, we should use other energies instead of nuclear power

核能是一种重要的能源,但是它是一种危险的技术,光是为了人类可以生存下去,我们也应该选择其他的能源来代替核能
