商务英语的商务信函书写格式

Business Letter商务信函  A business letter is a formal means of communication between two people, a person and a  corporation, or two corporations. There are Five parts to a business letter.(商务信函是个人之  间、个人与公司之间以及公司与公司之间比较正式的沟通工具。它由S部分组成。)  

1. Addresses and date(地址和日期)  

Writer's(company) address: top right hand corner  

Date: top right hand corner below the writer's address  

Receiver's address: beneath date on left hand side(Make it as complete as possible; include  titles and names if you know them.  


2. Greeting(称呼)  

Correct Salutation:( Salutation is also called the greeting. The greeting in a business letter is  always formal  

"Dear(title surname): "if you know the person's gender, marital status and surname  

Dear Sir/Madam, "if you dont know the person's name or if you are writing to a  company or organization  


3.Body(正文)  

The body of the letter begins below the salutation and uses clear paragraphs. State the  purpose in the first opening paragraph. Describe what's wanted in the middle of the letter's body,  and request specific action at the end of the body

 

4. Complimentary close(结尾)  

Complimentary close: Yours sincerely after"Dear(title surname  Yours faithfully after Dear Sir/Madam;  


5. Signature(署名)  

Sign the writer's name and write the position under the name
